Childhood friends Diego Luna and Gael GarcÃa Bernal reunite on screen for the first time since Y Tu Mamá También in “Rudo Y Cursi,” debuting on Blu-ray and DVD August 25 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. In this comedic drama, rival brothers, Beto and Tato, leave their banana plantation behind for the big city and their dream of playing professional soccer in Mexico. But the high life of fame, fortune and women begin to jeopardize their new found success and the brothers must put away their rivalry or risk losing everything.
Rudo Y Cursi is written and directed by Carlos Cuarón. Alfonso Cuarón, Alejandro González Iñárritu and Guillermo del Toro serve as producers.
