To celebrate the upcoming 25th anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Warner Bros. is prepping a four disc Blu-ray box for August 4. The set will inclide all four films, including the live-action “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Turtles in Time,” and the computer animated “TMNT.”
Party on with the excellent announcement by Paramount, announcing the upcoming May 12 release of the classic comedies Wayne’s World and Wayne’s World 2. Starring Mike “Used to be funny” Myers and Dana “Whatever happened to him?” Carvey, the Wayne’s World series raked in over $300MM in ticket sales worldwide. Specs and bonus features haven’t been revealed yet, but you can expect any and all content found on the DVD versions. Don’t hold your breath for new, high-def bonus features.

Fox announced today that they will be bringing Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade Of Cartoon Comedy to DVD and Blu-ray May 12. The release will feature 54 minutes of cartoons, including never before seen, exclusive new episodes that are “too outrageous for TV or the internet” according to Fox.
The Blu-ray Disc is presented in widescreen format with 5.1 DTS audio along with English, French and Spanish subtitles. It will include the following bonus materials include: Red carpet premiere and still galleries of rough character models, cleaned-up character models and colored characters models.
Fox confirmed today that ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still’ is scheduled to arrive on Blu-ray Disc and DVD April 7; and for a limited time, both the BD and DVD versions of the film are packaged with a copy of the original 1951 classic.
The Day the Earth Stood Still Special Edition Blu-ray Disc and DVD, both with Digital Copy, are three-disc sets that include tons of bonus features including deleted scenes, featurettes, picture-in-picture commentary, a “Build Your Own Gort†feature (BD-exclusive) and more.
The Day the Earth Stood Still Blu-ray Disc is presented in widescreen format (2.45:1 aspect ratio) with English 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio and Spanish and French 5.1 Dolby Digital with English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Cantonese Korean and Mandarin subtitles.

Fox announced today that the box office hit Marley & Me will make its HD debut March 31, when it’s released in a three-disc Blu-ray/DVD set. The film is presented on three different formats: high definition Blu-ray Disc, Digital Copy for playback on portable devices and a single-disc DVD.
The Marley & Me Three Disc BD release will be presented in widescreen format (2.35:1 aspect ratio) with English 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio (Lossless), Spanish, French and Portuguese 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound, and Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Mandarin and Korean subtitles. English subtitles will also be available for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Bonus features include: Dog Training Trivia Track; Dog Training 101 featuring BonusView Video; 19 Deleted Scenes with Director Commentary; Gag Reel; and tons of featurettes.

The classic fairytale film, The Princess Bride, is finally making its Blu-ray Disc debut March 17 from MGM Home Entertainment. Directed by Rob Reiner, The Princess Bride stars Peter Faulk, who narrates the tale to his grandson, played by Fred Savage. The Princess Bride also features Robin Wright Penn in her feature film debut as the fair maiden Buttercup, Cary Elwes and Billy Crystal.
