Fox today announced the upcoming release of Mel Brook’s YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN on Blu-ray. The classic comedy that was voted #13 on the American Film Institute’s list of America’s 100 Funniest Movies will arrive on store shelves in time for Halloween, on October 7, 2008.
The releases will include hours of brand new Blu-ray exclusive bonus materials all presented in HD. Features include picture-in-picture BonusView mode with all-new on-camera interviews with Brooks, Garr, Leachman and others, two new behind-the-scenes featurettes, over 25 minutes of never-before-seen deleted/extended scenes, on-screen trivia track, “The Brain Game†set-top game, interactive “Blucher Button†feature and an isolated score track.
